is there a number I can call?

due to the number of inquires received, I am unable to schedule a call for every inquiry and still get work done. the best way to contact me is via email, and someone from my team will get back to you.

Whats your turn-around?

Turn around is between 4-6 business days, depending on peak seasons. If you need your photos sooner, a rush fee can be added at the time of booking or will be billed to you upon request during or after the shoot.

If I cancel, is my deposit refunded?

All deposits are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel for any reason, you will not receive your deposit back. However, if you need to reschedule please review our rescheduling terms.

How many photos will I receive?

The number of photos you receive will be based on the package you choose at the time of your booking. If you need more images than the package allows, you can purchase additional images during proof selection.

How do I access my images?

You will receive an email to your digital gallery to download your photos. Your gallery access will expire within 4 days so you will need to download and store your images immediately.

Can I decide where to shoot?

Of course. I am open to hearing your location ideas, however I have the right to decline location suggestions as I see fit.

What if I need to reschedule? 

Rescheduling is based on my availability and must be approved by me. If another date is available within 30 days a rescheduling fee of $35 will be charged and your session will need to be rescheduled within 30 days from the original date. If a date is not available, the original date will remain and if you do not show up your session is cancelled and the deposit is non-refundable. Any money paid minus the deposit will be refunded to you. 

What if it rains? How do we reschedule?

In the event that it rains, Thursdays and Sundays are blocked rain checks, or we can reschedule for the next available date that works for both of our schedules.

Can we shoot outside of the city of Dallas?

I am willing to travel however travel rates will apply.

What if I’m running late?

Tardiness is not tolerated due to the style of the shoot. Since you are allowed to choose your date and time, I do not accept any tardiness. If you are more than 5 minutes late to your shoot, your shoot will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule with a new deposit. Please arrive early, to start shooting on time.

I do not have a blog yet, can I still book the blogger session?

Yes! You can still book the blogger session as long as you understand the terms and conditions of the package and why it was created. To get the best experience from this package, please have your upcoming blog content planned prior to the shoot.

Can i use Paypal as a form of payment?

I do not offer PayPal as a form of payment. Please use the payment options available when booking an appointment or purchasing merch.
